Poor communication, updates poorly on everything, bad misrepresentation, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Signed up with them 3 weeks ago and got a call today saying they were dropping my case. The reason was because I couldn’t start physical therapy right away due to my injuries and having to get an approval from my insurance. Yet three weeks prior they were aware I didn’t start therapy as I had 2 surgeries going on a third and was recovering but still chose to take my case. I called them a week after I signed up as I had a question about the billing for therapy, no answer and I left a message, today was when I guess they returned my call. If you can’t start your therapy right away don’t waste your time with these people. Don’t be fooled by the ratings and reviews, you’d be surprised how many people had bad experiences and don’t post a review.
