I don’t know how the hell they are 5 stars I was thrilled to hire them they are horrible at communicating I had to do all the calling and it’s not fare why take a case and not keep a person updated I don’t recommend them at all I totally regret ever dealing with them👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

After being in a bad accident the last thing you want is a headache dealing with paper work, medical Bills, Theraphy ect. I reached out to Cohen and Jaffe because of the their reviews and they really live up it to. From the moment I called all I had to do was give them my information and full detail of my accident at that was it. All the paper work were handled by them in a timely manner all o had to do was snap a picture of anything they needed and email it over. I was never put on hold because their awesome team always had an answer to my question and my concerns. They called me after surgery just so see how I was doing which shows they care. Too many names to mention but Rich, Stefan, Daniel, Ariel and the rest of their team were on top of everything. I recieved my settlement in 4months which I couldn't believe and was happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this team hands down. Thank you all for your help and support and making such a difficult time so easy for me. Thanks again.

From the moment I called their office, they handled everything for me, it was seamless. I got calls just to see how I’m doing, if I need help with anything, etc regularly. They were on top of everything and made me so relaxed and comfortable with the entire situation. I’d highly recommend!!!!

I was very happy with Cohen and jaffe they took care of everything while I recovered from my accident. They settled the case swiftly and there staff was very kind and pleasant.

I had Richard Jaffe as my lawyer. He communicated with me throughout the case which, took about two years. Texting, calling and checking up on me to see if I was doing okay. What an amazing experience I had working with Rich Jaffe. I will always highly recommend this law firm to everyone I know. When my car was hit, I was completely hopeless. No one seemed to want to help me, not even my own car insurance company. I truly would not have been able to do it without Rich. He helped me every step of the way and never made promises he wasn’t able to keep. He stopped at nothing to get my car fixed and I will forever be grateful. Overall a great firm. It was a pleasure to work with Richard Jaffe and Carrol. Carrol is a very helpful person, Dara needs to speak to the clients with respect she has no respect from the experience I had with her.
