Thank you to all the reviews on Google, I decided to call this law firm after I had endured a horrible car accident along with my boyfriend. Mr. Cohen was the first person to greet and empathize with the pain my boyfriend and I were feeling from the accident we endured. He immediately referred us to his staff, which helped us with the process and everything was seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to take care of my case. I must say that Cheryl was the utmost sweetest person ever, she was always there when I had any questions about my case. Also, Seni Popat, Esq. made sure my boyfriend and I recovered a reasonable settlement for our injuries and was able to answer all our legal questions and concerns. I would most definitely refer this firm to anyone in an accident in the future. They work hard to make you feel welcome, stress free, and satisfied. I really enjoyed my experience with them. This firm is very professional and exceptional in the way it carries out its business. The lawyers here are thorough and careful when regarding cases and are always motivated to satisfy their clients to the utmost extent. I interacted with a worker named Naveen Madathil as well. He was cordial and knowledgable, as he was able to answer all my questions. He was also prompt in answering calls and tending to others' needs. This firm's overall performance is noteworthy and I would recommend them without hesitation.

On December of 2011, I tripped and fell on a defected sidewalk that caused me a fracture on my right arm. I'm so glad I was referred to The Law Office of Cohen and Jaffe. After I had surgery on my arm, and wore a painful cast for 6 months followed by physical therapy, this law office surprised me by settling my case in ONLY 2 years after the accident! People were telling me that a case against NYC usually takes between 5 to 8 years but, I'm not 21 years old yet and the law firm of Cohen and Jaffe and its staff made sure my future is secure! I don't think any other firm would have been able to get me this amount of $$$$$$ within the time frame this firm did. Law Office of Cohen & Jaffe, you ROCK! You guys were great. It was a long tough case but you really fought all the way and you took care of me and my family. My first lawyer was very disrespectful. We went into the judge and that lawyer had his feet up on the table and was eating peanuts, and didnt care my son died. I thought all lawyers were like that. I was scared to change lawyers but I am very glad I did because my family depends on me but nothing will bring my son back. Richie I dont think all lawyers are like you. I've actually dealt with several lawyers in the past, but Rich Jaffe and his firm were the first lawyers who seemed like they actually really cared about me. A person driving an 18 wheeler tractor trailer rear ended my car. From this accident I had a severe concussion, along with neck & back injuries. I called this law firm to represent me because I wasn't able to even think straight. Mr. Stephen Tiger was assigned to my case. He and his paralegal, Carola Sanchez, helped me get the proper medical attention I desperately needed. They made sure that my auto insurance company & place of work gave me the financial & medical benefits that I was entitled to. Mr. Tiger was efficient, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my needs while being strong & professional where I felt he had my back. Carola Sanchez was a terrific paralegal & she made me comfortable with all aspects given that I was having a difficult time from the concussion. She was understanding, patient & kind, while having outstanding professionalism. I appreciated her very much. When it came time that I made the decision to file an actual lawsuit. Mr. Tiger explained it all to me and took action in a timely manner. I was so happy to hear that everytime I had a forced IME from the defendant's, he sent a 'watchdog' person to take notes to meet me at the appointments so I felt much more safe & uncomfortable & the results would be more truthful. When it came time for my deposition. Mr. Tiger was great because he stood up strongly against the other attorney's questioning that was not appropriate because a judge already ruled on the accident! When my case came down trying to agree on a settlement & the defendants attys were not cooperative, Mr. Tiger fought for what I needed. I settled and it all came to an acceptable agreement by me. Anyone that needs an injury attorney, I recommend calling Cohen & Jaffe's firm. They are there to represent you & help you.

The major difference I see between the Law Office of Cohen & Jaffe and other firms is their incredible attention to detail. They place a focus on the client and made sure to understand all aspects of my situation. The insurance company's were full of tricks. but i was prepared for all of them since i met with richard jaffe and debbie wiener and the other staff members. i was ready for my deposition and richard jaffe did not back down. i dont know how other lawyers run their offices but cohen and jaffe was very professional.
