The Fastman Law Group did a great job with my case. When I was hit by a car not only did they get me money for my bicycle, they got me the full amount of the policy from the car that hit me. Dean Ferdenzi and Harley Fastman are great attorneys.

My case was difficult because my previous atty never got the engineers report he had told me he would be getting in regards to a broken door at a Chinese restaurant. This was my first car accident, and I was completely unsure of what I was entitled to, or what I deserved. After the other insurance company offered me $1000 as a "sorry for the trouble" with me signing a document freeing everyone from legal obligations - I called Cohen & Jaffe. They immediately got me the medical help and rehab I didn't even know I could get. Their representatives helped me every step of the way in the intimidating process of dealing with insurance and legal issues I was out of my league on, and in no psychological shape to deal with after my accident! It took tremendous pressure off! All I needed to do was focus on getting better, and they did the rest, literally. They also made sure, I was properly compensated in the end, and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.
