When I first called Mr. Konst regarding a false criminal claim against me, he sat down with me and asked a lot of questions to understand the full extent of my legal issue. He assessed the situation and advised me of my legal rights and options. He then gave me his opinion of the best, most economical way to resolve the problem. He then wrote a letter to the police outlining his legal arguments on my behalf. No arrest was made and the problem went away. Until 6 months later, when the same individual then took me to civil court and sued me for the same made-up accusations. Mr. Konst prepared my case and argued in court to defend me.
