“I emailed and called Jim Blendell but got no response. I emailed a second time and he basically said that the city of Troy would send the $699.99 back to the mortgage company and then Nationstar would send it to us. I knew that was HOGWASH. I called the lawyer again and let him know this and he gave me a nasty attitude and would not help me.”
