We were selling my mother in laws home that had been a camp on a lake with many conversions/additions over time. Our real estate agent brought us a potential contract with someone who wanted to use VA financing. We asked her opinion and she let us know that with VA, an inspection would be done and every issue that was identified would have to be corrected first before the sale/financing could be completed. With this old house, this was not an option; AND, we did not want to come out of pocket for those upgrades/corrections.. We chose to move on. Our agent did not agree; but when we finally got another bonafide offer---proof was in the 51 page inspection reports! THANK YOU, Jami---our lives could have been complete hell with a giant price tag to boot! But you steered us away from the rocks!

Jami and her team helped us close the purchase of our house in Delmar. They helped us deal with a seller who had not completely finished moving out at the time of closing. In the end they delayed the closing a few hours and held back some funds in escrow to make sure we were protected. It all worked out and Jami was very professional and competent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her.

Having languished for 5 years in an attempt to correct a deed generated by a large, well-funded bureaucracy, we finally connected with Jami and her equally determined paralegal, Larinda. Despite the odds and two years of stalling on the defendant's part, Jami and Larinda forced our antagonist to agree to the needed correction and we finally have a resolution. Determined, responsive (at all hours), and a great communicator, Jami made it happen for us when other attorneys were totally ineffective.
