Yes, he actually answers the phone! My past experience with Attorneys, and any professional frankly these days, is that they take your money and then ghost you for weeks. Mark will literally answer his phone in the middle of the night, not a secretary, not an answering service, HIM! He is caring, hard-working and dam good at his job. Don't think twice about hiring him.

I hired Marc several times for traffic cases such as speeding and Driving Without a License and the result was always favorable to me. Recently, I was charged with my third DUI and was facing a possible lifetime license revocation. In this case, Marc won the DMV refusal hearing AND punched so many holes in the prosecutor's case that they had to offer me a non DUI resolution. Mark Kokosa was professional, very knowledgeable about criminal law. His prices were very reasonable compared to many other lawyers that wanted to charge three times as much. If you want an top quality & honest attorney that won't fill you with BS then Marc is your guy! He was able to get all charges reduced or dropped in all courts! I had previously retained an incompetent attorney and Marc took over what I thought was a lost cause. He helped me in 3 courts for criminal traffic charges that I frequently get since I am subject to NYS stupid lifetime look back policy.

I don't even know where to start. First thing that comes to mind, Marc is a hero. He saved my life. I made a "few" very bad decisions (3 in a row) that should have landed me behind bars. I went online and searched for criminal lawyers, called four, they just made me cry at their reaction to my crime and the way they answered my questions. Marc was the ONLY one who actually treated me like almost like a friend and not a criminal! AND he invited me to his office to chat in person! At no charge! He spent a good hour with me discussing my situation and he was so friendly and reassured me that I'm not a bad person, he said, I just made some bad decisions and I can get through this and everything will be ok. I was so scared of going to jail and becoming a dissapointment to my friends and family and losing my job. My case could have sent me to jail for a minimum of a year, with a felony record! After 4 months and three court appearances, Marc is a friggin GENIUS! My crime will be down to a misdemeanor, turn in a year, down to just a VIOLATION! He really saved my life and I've learned my lesson after having this second chance to live a free life. He made me feel like I was still a good person and I can put all this behind me soon!
