Paul answered my every call. If for some reason he couldn’t speak to me immediately he always arranged a specific time to call me back. He is transparent and yet discreet. He is thorough with paperwork and drafting of contracts. He is excellent at bringing all parties to the closing table. He's professional but cordial. Paul is diligent, straightforward and he gets to the point quickly. He doesn't make things up. If he doesn't know an answer, he will tell you later after he does some research. He’s busy but he will always make time for you as his client. He takes his clients seriously. He is honest, decisive, and approachable. He will never give you an answer off the top of his head. He will never just tell you what you want to hear. He is an expert, and he knows all the forms that you need to fill out and won’t let you get off schedule leading up to the closing. He has a sense of humor for those tense moments. He will get you to the closing table and get you out quickly when the deal is done. Again, he is thorough, and he crosses the T s and dots the I s.
