I went to Frank with a very complected situation involving five different issues yet interrelated. (I will of course not go into situation here.) Frank was able to navigate through them and resolve each of them to my great satisfaction. He was always available by phone or in person. Even when he was on vacation, he would answer my emails. I went to him for a free consultation for a divorce. He shoved a retainer agreement at me and insisted I sign it and hand him $3,000. When I decided not to retain his services he took me to small claims court for $650.00 for his time he spent with me.

Our Attorney, Frank Ventre filed a Public Improvement Lien on our Company's behalf for over $11,000.00. He reminded me that, if the claim wasn't paid, we needed to file an extension of the Lien before it expired. Confident it would be settled, I forgot his warning and allowed the Lien time to expire. I was upset by my oversite, so Frank suggested that we enter a Judgment against the Contractor and his Company. This Lien would remain in effect for 10 years. There was no response from the Contractor. Several years later the Contractor applied to a Lending Institution for a home refinance. Our Judgment against the Contractor was reported to their Lender. The Contractor had to contact us and satisfy the Judgment that Frank had filed on our Company's behalf.
