My late Father was an an attorney and expert in fiduciary matters. Nelson wrote a "living trust" for him, and my father said he did an excellent job. Nelson is very responsive: When my father's health took a turn for the worse, he produced all needed documents very quickly. Also, I am the trustee, and I am selling my Father's house. I live in PA, where real estate transactions are a lot easier, and I did not realize that I would need an attorney in the initial stages. Nelson worked out the contract issues right away, without any advance notice.
