These guys are on it! Jacques was my paralegal and was at the forefront of helping me solve an issue I ran into. 5 star recommendation to Amazon Seller's Lawyer. I contacted Amazon Sellers Lawyer about an email received from Amazon about an issue with one of my listings. I dealt with Chistopher Tuomey who was very on top of the issue. He took his time to understand my issue with Amazon and he replied instantly to all of my questions and emails. I will definitely use Amazon Sellers Lawyer in the future if needed. I hope that I won't need to contact them again but I will keep them in mind if I ever have another problem.

8/15/2021: Super helpful, professional and responsive. I am usually able to handle my own issues with Amazon, but occasionally I need this team! They have helped me to resolved my problems in a timely manor. UPDATE: 9/16/2021: I encountered another issue I was unable to resolve that was very complicated. I really appreciated that this firm was very honest with me up front that this would be tough to resolve, but said if I wanted to go ahead, we could try. This was integral to my business so I decided to proceed. They drafted an excellent letter with multiple appeal paths that I was extremely pleased with. It turned out that I didn't need it but appreciated their work. I was surprised when I got the bill and it was much better than I anticipated. This firm is extremely knowledgeable, understands Amazon inside and out and is more than fair with their fees. I am so happy I retained them and have been very happy with the work I have received. I am a 4M seller and can not recommend them enough! UPDATE 5/2/22: Just want to update again. I have specifically worked with Chris Tuomey many times now and am so happy with his help. I am able to resolve many of my issues with Amazon myself, however some have required more help and Chris has helped me resolve everything to date with multiple appeals for different issues and escalations. This firm is worth every cent!

Declan And Nicole helped us reinstate our account with a professions appeal that was 4 pages and detailed actions to resolve the situation. Only hire lawyers if u have a problem with your account. We tried other advisors before we hired the law firm which was a waste of precious time and money.

I reached out to Rosenbaum Famularo after receiving an Amazon notice regarding authenticity of some of the products I was selling. I was connected with Jacques Lavaud who very quickly got in touch with me. After explaining my situation, they asked for supporting documents and began drafting my appeal. After submitting my appeal, I was quickly reinstated and able to resume selling the brand in question. At the time of the first notice from Amazon I had contacted another company who specialized in this type of issue, and they declined to take my case as they didn’t think they could help me. They took care of my IP issue pretty quick. The firm seems to have a lot of experience dealing with these IP issues and know just how to navigate through them. At least that was my take on them. I wouldn't chance going anywhere else if the need for assistance such as this was needed.
