When I filled out their online contact form, I figured I would get an automated response with their prices and services. Instead, I got a call back very quickly from Jenn who gave me some direction and advice FOR FREE!!! Jenn was really helpful and I now have all the information I need to respond to the Amazon copyright infringement claim that was maliciously submitted against me. Thanks Jenn!

I had a huge problem with my Freight forwarder in China. called the firm and they arrange a conference call for me straight away to speak to CJ (one of the Partner) who gave me a really good advise. An Amazon seller only know the suffering and pain they have to go through on the hands of Amazon and sometime their stupid one way policies. I had received 02 Intellectual property claim and they were able to remove both of them. Let me be very frank and say that I was very skeptical on my first call (sales) and not a tall convince but took a chance and it well paid. I called on a Sunday expecting to get an answering service at best, and instead talked to Mr. Rosenbaum himself while he was painting his house no less. He gave me some good advice in the moment and some good options for moving forward with my issue. I will gladly use them to help solve issues in future.

I could not be more pleased with the results I received from the Amazon Seller Lawyers. they were actually the second company I hired to help me resolve my suspension. The first one used a boiler plate template to formulate an appeal on my suspension, was unresponsive and left me high and dry.
