be very careful of this lawferm. They are only interested in money. I called after two years and paid $2,000. I talked to someone there and She told me that my case was never closed. After 4 weeks on hold, She told me that I have to pay $ 3,000 or more to continue with my case that wasn’t closed. I got tired of them, they tried 4 times to open my Amazon account while using the same methodology, changing 1 or 2 words. then a problem with that ferm, they changed the lawyer that was working on my case. NO GUARANTEE ON THIS SERVICE. BE VERY CAREFUL AND RECORD YOUR CALLS. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, ITS ABOUT RESPECT AND THEY DON’T HAVE NONE.

I had an issue with Amazon destroying some of our inventory. They would not reimburse our company and so we had to initiate arbitration against Amazon.
