Update I recently had the privilege of working with Jenn McDonald during a critical phase of our business operations with Amazon. Despite the intricate and potentially cumbersome process, Jenn's expertise made the entire experience seamless. Not only was she highly responsive and knowledgeable, but she also offered invaluable advice that led to a successful account verification. It's not every day you come across professionals who not only excel in their roles but also genuinely care about their clients success. Jenn is one such gem. She went above and beyond, offering her assistance without expecting anything in return. It speaks volumes about her character and the ethos of the firm she represents. I had an issue with one of our top preforming products on Amazon and the listing was removed before we had a chance to edit our description to address the problem. This happened at 6.14pm on a Saturday night. After researching I decided to call Amazon Sellers Lawyer as I knew they would take my call and they did! Their response was so professional! I was advised as to what information I need to gather and the steps I needed to take to move forward. After providing the information my case was assigned to Anthony Zhang a paralegal at Amazon Sellers Lawyer. Now this guy knew his stuff! He even spent time researching the product to find technical terms that were missing from the product description! After Anthony’s deep dive he responded with a comprehensive review that simply blew me away! This was no template, but a proper well thought out appeal by a person who clearly excels in his field! Anthony prepared everything for our appeal, even the file sizes were carefully resized to within Amazon’s recommendations. Everything was prepared for us along with detailed instruction on how we should submit the appeal. Once the appeal was submitted, I waited for Amazon’s response. In just over 2 hours we received an email from Amazon “We reviewed the information you provided and decided that you may continue to offer these items on Amazon”. This was fantastic news! Even though Amazon approved our appeal we had an issue with our stock being stuck in stranded inventory. After contacting Anthony again he immediately came back with a response and asked me to open a case with Amazon seller support and upload the information he provided. With Amazon being Amazon, the case was opened and closed without anyone really understanding the issue at hand. Again, I contacted Anthony and he immediately responded and advised as to the wording we should use to move the case to the appropriate Amazon team. This worked and our stock was now live and selling again! There was a time difference between the UK and New York, but this did not impact our communication which was outstanding from start to finish. Anthony would call at a time that fitted in with UK working times which made communication so much easier. All in all, our experience with Amazon Sellers Lawyer and Anthony Zhang has been truly outstanding! Anthony is amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend and will be 100% using their services in the future. Thank you so Much!
