I called on a Sunday just to see if the 1-800 number would work from Canada. It did, and to my surprise CJ the founding partner answered! I explained to him the issue I was having with Amazon and he asked me some pointed questions that put my situation into context, and gave me a clear direction on how to move forward. He also stopped me from taking a step that could have done permanent damage to the listing. Great service from what I can tell so far, and I plan to hire them for my Amazon issue.

When I wrote the team, I had contact with Jenn McDonald, who from the first moment showed incredible assistance in my concerns and problems. I've had 2 issues come up and each time I've spoken with Jennifer she's been nothing but patient, nice, and genuine to help me solve my case. She definitely knows her Amazon laws and the nuances that come with each situation. Never pushed for a retainer even though we had multiple emails and phone calls. Incredibly grateful for her help.

Absolutely no reservation in highly recommending CJ's team for their professional yet personal way in handling our case.
