Our store went ofline in late october 2019. We started working with RosenBaum Famularo in January of 2020. Jenn did the discovery/ necessary document collection. David Miller walked us through the POAs and who was best to talk to in order to escalate our replies. We had all but given up by the time our store became active. We have been selling since 5/4/20 thanks to the efforts of Rosenbaum Famularo.
