I had a very nice chat with Brett about this and that. I am not advanced enough in my Amazon business yet to require their firm. However since they are the Apple of Amazon Law firms I can't imagine any one else to represent me when I will need them.

I used Rosenberg Famularo Law Office in rebutting a threatening Vorys Letter. No question, I would highly recommend specifically Attorney David Miller to any Amazon seller who is being bullied by Vorys. They specialize in this area. Do not take on Vorys by yourself, they are legit and you will need real Legal Advice to combat their Cease and Desist orders. Speak with Jenn McDonald and set a consultation with David like I did.

These guys are great!! They answered the phone on a sunday, I actually spoke to CJ!! I inquired on the terms of their service, and I said I need some time to review the terms, and he walked me through the process of getting to their website, and how to get free books they created to help me with my Amazon suspension for FREE!! He even told me to send him a draft of my POA, and said he would take a look at it for free! Right now I am going to read the literature and make a POA, but when I need help from the services they offer, I will turn to CJ, he just made a customer for life, and these guys are really out there to help you, and actually make sure their service is right for you, and if it is not, they will guide you to where you need to be! I feel very appreciative and thankful for his help, and feel indebted to them for their help, and not having the "buy this" mentality! GREAT PEOPLE!! Thank You!!

I heard CJ speak with Todd on the Entrepreneur Adventure podcast and was impressed, so since I'm having an issue with my account being suspended, I went to the website for Amazon Sellers to see what I could do. I went to the chat link, expecting to speak with anyone there or leave a message. I was surprised first that CJ himself was chatting on a Sunday afternoon, then he offered to call me! He spoke directly with me for about 15 minutes and told me exactly what I could do to correct the issue - for free. He even said he would have someone follow up with me the next day. That, my friends, is excellent customer service. Highly recommended. I just wanted to add, Brett Sondike from the office DID follow up with me the next day on a call, spoke again about my situation, gave me some resources to handle it on my own, since my issue is a small one! He then followed up with an email. This is a great company - I see why Todd uses them!

I have been an Amazon seller for over 10 years My account has recently been suspended. Over the past 30 days I have submitted multiple action plans to Amazon, all of which have resulted in 'Request for more Details' During this period of suspension I have come to discover that Amazon Is truly a jungle, A Jungle of Confusing information And stock replies. As I was sloshing around in the Jungle I Found a personWho introduced herself as 'Jenn McDonald . She said she is a jungle guide. . She Held her Hand out to me And offered to help me through the treacherous maze. I had run out of funds And had no money to pay her. That did not matter. She started helping me and continued to help me. She was invaluable as I bounced off ideas to her on Potential responses and Communications. Her whole team of jungle guides also have extended themselves and their expertise to me. As I have been Communicating With Amazon Throughout this entire period, there is one phrase That I see over and over Again rom Amazon. That phrase is'' We are Here to help'' . Along with this phraseThere are comments that Implied compassion In understanding. These comments and implicationsAre totally missplaced on Amazon communications. However They truly represent Jenn MCdonald and all of her associates Philosophy and performance.
