Couldn't be any Happier about the result

Rob and Noam were very helpful, patient and understanding of an unusual issue even during Christmas week when most are unavailable.

My company’s Amazon account was falsely reported by the competitor as inauthentic inventory seller. After fighting with amazon to reinstate my selling abilities for 6 months and submitting about 13 appeals including to the CEOs team, I kept getting rejected without explanation or a reason. 2 weeks ago I contacted @Amazon Sellers’ Lawyer and was assigned to work with Alexa. Literally, after the first appeal to the higher Amazon team, my account was reactivated. Alexa patiently explained the major reasons that possibly affected Amazon’s decision, and confidently pointing out and creating the appeal letter and helping me on every step made this happen. I did not believe this was possible after so many rejections but these guys made the magic happen and I couldn’t be happier!

My account went down and it didnt look good, David Miller crafted several highly professional and exceellent appeals, he got my account back up. Cory and Travis did a tremendous job in helping us restore our Amazon selling account. Prior to retaining their services Amazon’s response time to our situation took several days at best and often with little to no progress. After being suspended by Amazon for a violation that I could not identify, I submitted 3 Plans of Action in an attempt to be reinstated. All three were denied. I was hesitant to invest the money in hiring an attorney, but had concluded that I could not fix this problem on my own. After reading the thorough POA written by Ashley, I was confident that I was paying for experienced professionals, not the scams many sellers reference on the Amazon sellers forum. I hired amazon sellers lawyer in June of 2019 to help with a suspended seller account. After six months and thousands of dollars my account was left in worse shape then what I started with. They had me send 7 different appeals attempts to 5 different departments at amazon over that time. The appeals were an embarrassment and nothing more than a copy and paste temple that changed one or two lines from one attempt to the next. Therefore the reply’s amazon sent back to each appeal never changed. The appeals looked like they were written by a 6 year old. There was no real plan of action just an apology and basically begging. Not to mention that there were typos in them that had to be corrected before I sent them to amazon. The attorney who took the case on at first handed it of too someone else who had to play catch up. All along I had email issues with no response to emails. I had to call to get a response. After I was asked for more money to keep pursuing this I asked the attorney if it was worth it. He said, “At this point, it is unlikely they will reinstate the account”. I was done. After doing some research I found someone else. After I told them my story there response was “they have failed numerous clients who have more or less all come to us. You essentially have hired amateurs”. I reached out to Anthony Famularo to try and recover some of my money but was told this is how business is done. What a Joke!
