In a word: Awesome! Jenn McDonald and attorney David Miller both provided first class assistance with an Amazon issue I am having. During intake, Jenn efficiently collected all the information necessary for Mr. Miller to evaluate my situation, and then scheduled a time for me to talk directly with the attorney. At the appointed time, the connection was punctual. I anticipated that the "free" initial consult would turn out to be a thinly disguised sales presentation, in which I would hear about all the evils that would befall me if I didn't hire the firm. But how wrong I was! Mr. Miller had clearly read through the material I provided and asked only questions that were not already covered there. He spent quite a bit of time, carefully explaining the legal ins and outs of my situation, and generally putting me at ease. Only when I asked what it would cost me IF the situation evolved to where I needed legal help, only then did he discuss representation. His proposal was entirely reasonable, and what I loved about it was that it was a flat fee to cover the issue start to finish. No worry about getting hit with billable hours for responding to my phone call or an email. He clearly knows his stuff, and the firm has the resources and experience for dealing with Amazon issues in particular. Highly recommend. Don't wait until you are in trouble already. He'll give you the straight scoop and not try to scare you into paying for something you don't need.
