CJ really goes above and beyond. He was willing to give advice in my particular case of being suspended by Amazon free of charge!! He was very reassuring that it's possible to get accounts back but if I needed him that he would fight for me! He gave me a free book on how to get unsuspended which is awesome! Thank you so much CJ! You really do care about sellers like myself!

Jenn spent almost an hour on the phone speaking to me afterhours. I was waiting for her to ask for money and rush me off the phone but it never happened. This firm could clearly take advantage of desperate sellers but they don't. If you are looking for unbiased help, these are your people.

Amazing staff and very large firm They focus all of their man power and time on understanding Amazon and the sellers the work with. The knowledge and commitment one receives from them is beyond what anyone could expect from any attorney. Not if but when an issue arises with Amazon, there is no better firm more capable of handling the issue.

I called regarding an issue with a blocked listing. Jenn McDonald was amazing and gave me lots of free advice without trying to sell me anything. You can tell her and her firm want to help more than they care about billing you. Definitely will use them if something else happens.

I used them a few years ago..couldn't get me reinstated but Anthony did try his best and worked hard. CJ spoke to me once on the initial call but once I paid he never returned my phone calls or emails..all hot air, you can get better help at Fiverr for a lot less..Kay (Karim)

I had nothing but an amazing experience with this team thus far. I called to get a consultation and spoke with Jenn McDoanld who was so informative, even when I needed a little more details she was willing to transfer me to a Senior Manager Paralegal. I got on a call with Kerry McDonald who was so open and patient to answer all the questions I had. Not only did she make me feel confident with their knowledge but confident in my appeal process. Its as if I was their most important customer even on just a consultation call. I look forward to working with them.
