I called in sort of randomly from Google search. I have been dealing with an issue at Amazon, to no end result, I just needed to find out how to get ahold of anyone that can help get this issue fixed. I spoke to Brett, Director of Client Services, my review is this: He didn't have to help me out. I'm a consumer, not a seller. Yet, Brett listened to me patiently as I attempted to explain the issue I noticed. In the end, he was able to help me with valuable information. My problem was not something this firm would ever deal with, but, he helped me anyway. That folks is customer service! I've worked in service all my life, and in a world where customer service seems to be dying out, I found someone that still practices fantastic service. That deserves recognition. So I don't know much about this firm, but, expect great customer service, even when there is no profit involved. Bravo!

They have helped me with great care and professionalism on dealing with a suspension issue with Amazon during the registration process. Ashely prepared a complex appeal letter and in three days I was reinstated. I was with no hope because I received a so called “kiss of death” that is considered to be a very tough situation! I Highly suggest them even if the cost is significant but well spent!

After many years working with Amazon Sellers Lawyer I am sad to say I am changing my review to a 1 star. It was previously at a 5 star but their service and ability to help with anything regarding amazon suspensions and fighting IP claims have become deplorable. The letters are cut/paste templates that are mis spelled and make no sense. They have damaged my amazon account and I am having to pay another expert a fortune to clean up this mess the Amazon Sellers Lawyer team has created for me. I have to call and email constantly to try and get an update on what's going on and there still is less than 20% chance they answer. Just the other day I got yelled at by Rob Segall for calling too much. I'm sorry, but when you pay an attorney to help you, you would think they would be on top of it for you and return your phone calls and emails.

Excellent service and so accessible. These guys do such a great job, answered all of my questions and always got back to me in no time! Absolutely no regrets!

We have worked with CJ, Anthony and their team for over 3 years. His team shepherded through a difficult suspension and was able to help get our account back. We sell in a category that has a large number of false IP complaints. Unfortunately we were recently served with a 72 hour notice in regards to bogus IP complaints the ASL team was already working on. David Miller was able to write a quick plan of action which Amazon accepted and allowed us to continue business as usual. He is also doing a great job being a bulldog with the brands to attain retractions of their IP complaints. ASL does a great job and even though we know how to handle IP complaints on our own we hand them all over to ASL . IP complaints are a way of life on Amazon now and we use this tough team to deal with them!

Excellent service provided! It took us I believe 4 appeals but, at the end, we got our account reinstated on Amazon. Special thanks to Dana for her full support during the entire process. Surely recommend! 5 Stars company!

Jenn McDonald was a great help, she was kind and understanding of the situation even though I'm not using the service yet she has already convinced me to come back to them if all else fails.
