I spoke with Brett Sondike. We went through a shortlist of questions I had prepared and Brett answered all of them in detail. The call was not rushed and there was ample opportunity to raise additional questions as they came to me in listening to Brett's answers. While we do not have any issues at the moment in the way of a suspension or legal dispute, Brett provided insight towards how we can maintain that situation via prevention and prudence. It seems that with Amazon many transgressions leading to disciplinary action up to and including suspension are often accidental - Amazon holds sellers to a very stringent compliance level which at times can be ambiguous and inconsistent. Speaking with Brett helped shed some light on areas that are particularly prone to accidental transgression that we hope to avoid.
