David saved my business and helped me reinstate my best seller on Amazon after it was taken down for false “Used Sold As New” complaints and inactive for several months. Very professional and helpful team to work with. My account was deactivated due to an Infringement complaint. It took almost 3 months for the account to be reinstated but I was finally able to get back my account because of Rosenbaum Famularo, P.C. If you want to get back your account, hire them!

Excellent service! 3 months of being suspended by Amazon and they got the account reinstated. They didn't give up, they always answered me quickly, and made sure I was in the loop on what was going on. These are the ONLY people I would trust for any Amazon issues. I turned to Amazon Sellers' Lawyer after Amazon denied my appeal for IP infringement/counterfeit complaints which were unfounded. David Miller and team were wonderful and easy to work with. David gave my case alot of personal attention, stayed closely in touch with me throughout the process, and obtained a retraction from the brand owner very quickly. I highly recommend them to any Amazon seller who faces these issues!

CJ's team are the best. They are not cheap but will work with you to get your account reinstated. The process of getting an account reinstated varies by case. My case took about 14 weeks. There were moments, I was going to give up with my account, but thankfully CJ's team didn't and now my account has been reinstated.
