I just talked to Jennifer on the phone. She was caring and helpful, the complete opposite of seller support! Even though their appeal service is expensive, I really appreciate her for answering all my questions. She's definitely knowledgeable and legit and I would highly recommend working with her!

It was a good experience, Jennifer helped me out a lot on the phone she was nice and understanding. For the lawyers Jason Powell and David they are one of the best lawyers I worked with , they fixed my problem real quick, thanks to all the staff for their help. Jennifer answered my call and was immediately responsive and helpful. I just got off the phone with CJ and he really surprised me with the amount of effort he put in with trying to help me with my intellectual property complaint. The youtube video said it was a free consultation so I figured I had nothing to lose, so I called the number and the guy from the video I was watching on youtube actually was the one to answer the phone. I told him that I didn't have the money to pay for the service, but he still tried helping by telling me the things I should tell the distributor(he really knew what he was talking about) that filed the complaint against me. He even went to the length and said that he wouldn't mind me giving him a call back if the distributor denied appealing the case. 5/5 stars
