I am a retired karate instructor. I write the articles for my blog about the karate matters as well as the culture of Japan and the Japanese people for the educational purpose. In one of the articles I used a photo without realizing it was licensed by a French press. Because of this, I was harassed by PicRights and Higbee law firm (LA). They threatened me with many emails, phone calls and the land mail letters. They demanded that I would pay the license fee. I removed the image right away and thought the problem was solved, but I was wrong. They said that I had to pay regardless for using their image. I felt I was trapped in this cunning business so I wanted to fight against them. I did not want to pay because that would encourage them to continue their dishonorable business. I also did not want to be victimized either. I contacted a few other law firms but they did not call me back. I became desperate. I am an author and sell my books through Amazon so I decided to contact Amazon Sellers Lawyers and I am very glad that I did. The liaison person, Jenn MacDonald was very helpful and caring. She helped me connect to one of the attorneys. After a few days I got to talk to him and he offered me a strategy to deal with the litigation. Now I can sleep at night peacefully again and spend my day normally. If you encounter any copy right infringement claims from PicRights and/or Higbee, I recommend that you talk to Amazon Seller Lawyers and/or Rosenbaum Famularo, PC. They care and will work with you. I am going to be totally transparent. When I initially paid the flat rate fee for the office to try to get my Amazon account reinstated, I truly thought I was wasting my money, but it was my last resort so I did it anyway. 30k (my funds that Amazon was holding) later, I have to say that the team, especially Dana R. is absolutely brilliant. I even tried to give them a tip to show my appreciation, but they would not except it. I listened to them and followed all their instructions and it worked out in my favor. I will now be using them for other services, ie trademarking, etc. I'm sold on this firm!! Thank you!!!

I have known CJ and his team for a while now but first used them for a client of mine this past month.
