What was good about this product or service overall? From the moment we spoke with Jennifer on the phone we had a good feeling about this company. She was professional, pleasant and just genuine. After speaking with her we decided not to even waste our time and price around other company, but just go with these guys. Within 3 days of signing the retainer and paying their fees they had our case resolved.
