Jason is not your typical lawyer, trying to rush through the call or be in a hurry to bill. He takes time to understand the situation and will only recommend his services if he believes he can be of help. It was very helpful and reassuring to discuss our issue with a professional in the field. We are currently fighting some seller performance issues and have written our own appeal to address with Amazon. Instead of rushing me into his "funnel," Jason actually suggested waiting to hear back before we moved forward with any paid service. Spoke with them about my case. Amazon was holding my funds permanently with out giving me any reason as to why. CJ called me and was upfront and honest with me throughout. My selling privs were removed because of a bogus IP claim. I worked with Rob Segull and Travis Stockman and these guys are on it !!! Its a pretty helpless felling when Amazon shuts you down and these guys know exactly how to approach this situation in terms of dealing with both the rights holder and the black box that is the Amazon appeal process. My account was reinstated in less then 48hrs after the appeal was sent and the rights holder was contacted. Thanks Guys !! Just had to re-engage Rosenbaum Famularo for a new Issue (Suspended ASIN) Still 5 STARS. Got to work with Saluja this time and he did a fantastic job and drafted a fantastic/comprehensive POA. We talked over a couple strategies for my POA and landed on a great answer and I think it really did help me identify a couple things to improve in my business. I sent in my POA to amazon and that ASIN was back up in under 2 hours. Thanks Again !
