Finally got reinstated from my suspension! Thanks to CJ and his team! I've been working with Vincent since March and he has been with me every step of the way. I have been working with Rob Segall at Amazon Sellers' Lawyer and have been extremely appreciative of his advice. My Amazon listing has recently been blocked due to an infringement claim. Rob has graciously advised me on the steps I can take to remedy this situation. I am going to try it on my own first but will definitely be utilizing their services if the need arises. We have used them for a couple of issues with our amazon seller account in the past. I have spoken to a couple of people at the office but mostly Sean. They have been great to work with. Very fast in responding to questions either through email or phone calls.
