I launched a line of bathroom products and experienced success for over a month. Then all of a sudden, my momentum was stopped as competitor for one of my products filed a complaint against me for patent infringement. This was devastating news since I performed patent research prior to launching the product and knew for a fact there was no patent for this product. Over 3 weeks, I contacted Amazon numerous times, submitted appeals through the proper channels - Seller Performance, Notice Dispute and Bezos Escalation Team, to no avail I continued to receive the automated bot response I needed to contact the complainant to resolve the issue.
