Awesome. This is the 2nd time CJ and his team have saved us.

We submitted a case through the ASL website and within 30 minutes our phone rang with CJ himself calling us... I was blown away that Mr. Rosenbaum called himself to speak with us regarding our storefront issue. He was poised with knowledge and professionalism - he immediately advised us of a solution and put a plan of action together once reviewing our notes and documentation... A true professional!

Have to say, these guys didn't help me much at all. My account was suspended because of some Phrase on a bead I was selling, These guys couldn't get the rights owner of this phrase to withdraw their claim. In the beginning CJ was like total normally is 1500 per complaint. I had enough to total 9 grand. I said how about I pay Half and see what happens? They agreed so I only lost $4500. Glad I didn't go for the total 9 Grand! apparently they're good with Amazon but not with other lawyers. Kiss the account Goodbye, Save Thousands and just start over. This is my 4th lawyer of sorts and I have yet to say the experience was a good one.

Spent a considerable amount of time for no charge discussing my situation and how I should proceed. Offered an option for me to use if my current strategy didn't work. Highly recommended.
