Facing suspension or a lawsuit as a seller is extremely stressful, but CJ was straight forward and cut to the chase about my best options. First of all if you are an Amazon Vendor, you would prefer not to have to call an attorney, but if that time comes- Thankfully C.J. answers and returns calls on a Sunday with a FREE consult. The advice is sound and there is no pressure to go whatever way you think is best. Without getting into specifics, no worries, he has heard it all and you will be comforted with a plan of action. First let me say that C.J. has been the most Effective, attentive, calm, caring lawyer, I have ever dealt with. He is thorough, accessible, and very smart. On a light note I personally find him to have a great sense of humor. He listened to everything I had to say and gave me advice and didn't want any money from me (Wait? Yea I said that a lawyer who talked first and didn't ask for any money!) he has been so honest I am actually shocked, as this has not been my experience in the past with other Attorneys. I have also found his pricing to be reasonable and absolutely worth every penny!
