This was my second meeting today with Ricotta and Marks and I can say without hesitation that they are truly one of a kind. Mathew is very knowledgeable, personable and really listens to you. Unfortunately some attorneys and law firms have a tendency to leave a bad taste in your mouth after you leave their office but this was by no means the case with Ricotta and Marks. They truly care about their clients and their demeanor clearly exhibits this. I felt from the moment I first entered their office as if I have known Mathew for years. I would highly highly recommend this law for any of your legal needs that is within their specialty

What can I say about Ricotta & Marks? I will attempt to be brief but I have retained them as my lawyers since 2013 all the way up until my trial in 2019. Ricotta and Marks held my hand through every tough step and provided the most amazing, caring and professional legal support, from hearings, to depositions to court appearances and handling the press. Thomas Ricotta is efficient, compassionate, and respectful attorney. He had helped to win a good settlement award for my case with NYC DOE. He explains the legal process and gets right into it. It took three years due to the DOE lags. I would highly recommend him if you have an employment discrimination, disparate treatment, sexual harassment, suspension, etc. It is worth the 40% they charge upon winning the settlement.

Matthew Marks helped me with a situation regarding my daughter, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Two other law firms were not interested. He wanted to help despite there not being a lawsuit. He was so kind and generous with his time, without charging me. He said that my emails and calls added up to about the 30 minute consultation time. (It was probably a little bit over that.) He has a very pleasant way about him, and it was so helpful to have his advice. I am left being impressed by him.
