Lack of timely communication and updates on cases
“Both Mr. Prieston and Elys (who closely works with Mr. Prieston) were great individuals with great personalities. However, to hire as a lawyer, be prepared to constantly reach out to them for updates.”

“My close friend hired Mr. Prieston for a criminal case and his experience was overall not the greatest. The end results we're not satisfying and an absolute disappointment and again it could possibly be that they just don't have enough resources to help their clients in criminal cases.”

“It took around 3 years for a case where i got $4000 after I PAID FOR DOCTORS CHECK UPS... yup.. i had to pay for it.. i wasn't told i had to, until the check was made.. they didn't care about the case, thats why it took so long...”
