Highly knowledgeable and experienced in auto fraud and lemon law cases
“David Kasell works magic, I had been done wrong by a car dealership with my car that had been at the end of a lease, the dealership did not want to honor my lease buyout agreement cause of the "pandemic" and then proceeded to add warranties and protection without me being aware and skyrocketed my payments, went to David, told him the story, he told me there is a case and asked me what I wanted to do, proceeded with what needed to be done and once he got to work he was able to get a settlement check with an amount that I thought I would never see again, all before even stepping into a courtroom.”

Some clients reported poor communication and lack of follow-through
“He didn't know what he was doing. He didn't even show up for our Hearings in Court after I paid him. I ended up having to represent myself pro se because he took my money and ran. He only cares about getting money, and then leaves the client with NO representation. He is a first class USER.”

“This lawyer and his staff were very rude to us and very unprofessional. They gave us an appointment at 9:30 am to come see him. We reach his office at 9:15 am and by 10:30 am he is still not at his office ! After that his secretary also has the audacity to have other clients that came after us skip us to see him before us. Never coming back here again”
