My husband and I needed to have New York State wills, durable powers of attorney, and living wills drawn up. All of the interactions that we had with David Stern were efficient and professional. He answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and was able to explain the intricacies of the will in terms understandable to laymen. His work was complete and accurate; his prices were reasonable. We give David our wholehearted endorsement.

Like many couples with young children, we knew we needed a Will and to have all our finances in order but could never find the time. Our financial planner recommended David and we could not have been more pleased with the care and attention David provided. He understood that with small children our schedules are hectic and that we needed a bit of hand-holding to get things done in a timely manner. After an initial phone call - on a Saturday morning! - he prepared a draft of our Will and other helpful documents, like Power of Attorney forms, and then sent them back to us within a couple of weeks. He helped us to think through sensitive issues, like guardianship for our children, and provided insight based on his experience working with other clients. We felt like he listened to us and then created a document that reflected our concerns. The whole process last about a month, mostly due to our schedules, but everything seemed efficient and easy. We would recommend David to anyone looking to (finally) prepare a Will and get all of their documents in order. Thanks to David, a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders.
