This review of Dan Miller and his staff, Nicole and Tracy, in representing me and my wife in the sale of our home in Mahopac is long-overdue but hopefully will be helpful to others in deciding who to use to represent them in real estate matters, as well as the other areas in which Dan practices. Although my wife and I expected a straightforward and quick sale of our house, the sale was beset with a multitude of problems, and Dan and his staff proved to be invaluable. First, either Dan or Nicole and Kelly were always available to answer the many questions we had, as well as to analyze how to handle all the difficulties we encountered. Second, they were willing to be creative and courageous in overcoming our seemingly unsolvable problems. (By preparing a power of attorney for us, we were even able to relocate to Florida in light of a long-delayed closing.) And what was perhaps most helpful was the calm and reassuring atmosphere in which they dealt with our frustrating and frazzling circumstances. It is certainly an understatement to say that we could not have done it without them and will always be grateful for their many kindnesses and expertise. Lester Forest
