If it weren't for Joe and his staff I would have been all but guaranteed to go away to state prison. I was facing 2 DUI's, possession charges and a felony. Joe got me a deal to get out of jail and start my path on recovery from addiction. I went to rehab and have been clean for the last 8 years. Now I help people get sober for a living and have found my life purpose. Joe and his team is a major contributor to my life's journey. I'm forever grateful.

Years ago I had a case involving drugs, Tock saw the condition I was in and took advantage, he talked down to me and made me feel like he wasn't on my side...thankfully he personally did not defend me, the kindest woman ever did, she used to be a DA in Putnam...anyway, it cost me around 20k, in my personal opinion Tock is a heartless person, I will always be thankful for his partner however.

I was very impressed with the Law Offices of Joseph J. Tock. Within minutes of posting an inquiry online, Mr. Tock called me himself to advise me on how to plead for my teenage son's 3rd speeding ticket in less than a year.
