Michael recently took over a DWI case being handled by another attorney. After reviewing the evidence he convinced the District Attorney to reconsider their offer of a misdemeanor and got them to reduce the matter to a DWAI Violation. Michael's extensive DWI experience enabled him to find problems in my case that no one else was able to find, and now I will not have a criminal record, my license will not be revoked, and I will not have to install an interlock device on my vehicle. What I also appreciated about Michael was that I had his cellphone number and I had access to him at any time. I could text him or call him whenever I wanted.
