Don’t deal with this firm. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Wasted critical time on my medical malpractice case. And because of them I won’t be able to proceed with my case with any other firm because my statute of limitations deadline is in only couple of months. On 12/02/22 I sent them all the necessary documents & medical records. After they’ve reviewed them with the medical experts, they’ve decided to take my case and made me go to their office and meet with Steve Gokberk to sign a retainer on 01/18/23. My original lawyer who was working on my case has been informed that the Kohan Law Group firm is taking over. Then on 02/24/23 i received an email from them informing me that they will not represent me anymore. Because of them I lost my original lawyer and because of them I won’t find another law firm that would agree to take a case that has less than couple of months to review and file. Legally they have the right to do so as it states in their contract but morally it’s wrong and unjust.

Steve was very professional And respectful made the process very easy and fast , I trusted the firm from the beginning Stefanie was also great not one question I had went unanswered she worked very hard to obtain medical records turn around times for emails was also very quick.

Steve handled my personal injury matter previously and he was great, he got me more than I would ever of immagined, he is a kind, educated and professional lawyer. I will without a doubt go to Kohan Law Group and the attorneys there for any consultation on any matter in the future
