The entire process was seamless. Best of all, I got the exact outcome I wanted! Before I found LetterDash, I attempted to use other services and both were an epic fail so I didn't move forward with those, Not wanting to give up, I kept looking and so glad I did. Happy to have this service in my list of go-to's for anything else that may come up. In case you're wondering, I used the service for a Demand Letter and got 100% of the refund - can't ask for anything better than that!

We've needed legal compliance letters twice over the past five years or so for our small business. In both instances, LetterDash provided a very fast return along with a well-written and concise letter. I should also note that LetterDash listened to our critiques of the first draft. Not all attorneys will do this! Did I mention we saved thousands of dollars by going with LetterDash?? Thanks again for the great service. I hope we don't need to come back for another letter in the future, but when we do, we'll absolutely be working with LetterDash again.

Awesome service in LetterDash, to get a quick Letter from a Licensed Qualified Attorney on an issue, can really SAVE you Thousands of Dollars, in subsequest litigation, when the issue is not properly and quickly addressed by Legal Counsel, initially.
I need to add this follow-up statement about this servicefor my 2nd Attorney's Letter....IT WORKS, as advertised, and will get the mitigation or settlement attention, anyone needs, before your retention of Local or Additional Legal Counsel

I consulted Mr. Broder when I received some office actions from USPTO. Actually he explained and outline how to react on that in more friendly manner. Broder is not going behind the money but he go behind the work what we need right at that time.
