He was a great help in seeing to it that assets were preserved for the beneficiaries. My sister and I and our spouses are also presently using Mr. Kurre for our own estate planning. When my mom was denied her Medicaid Application we were informed by our previous attorney that their firm was not able to handle an appeal. Mr. Kurre has a sympathetic, humane nature about him that you wouldn't automatically assume of a lawyer. He was very thorough and went through every possible scenario with us so that we understood what would happen to our assets and our children if we, or our family members, were to pass away. He also patiently went through all of the pros and cons of any decisions we were contemplating.
