It seemed quite accidental that my wife's case was referred to the Klein Group. But, it seems things happen for a reason. Noralee was the victim of an out of control car crashing into a CVS pharmacy and showering her with debris. Head injuries are tricky and I am writing this rather than she due to the fact that she doesn't remember much of the events in the ensuing couple of years. Noralee was two hours into a new job as a pharmacy tech when this event happened which made it a workers' comp case. That is where Leslie Tilles and The Klein Group came into the picture. From day 1, Leslie took on our case and her expertise was already noticeable. She was always within reach whenever we needed advise and always briefed Noralee for the hearings by phone that were to come. She explained things in a way that was always understandable and spoke to us with patience and empathy. We were given maximum attention, as needed, and never tried to cut us off.
