For Tomek it all comes naturally, as if he was born to be a Lawyer. Thankfully the destiny has brought such a great professional for NY clients. Tomek has an outstanding sense of responsibility to deal with a case and manage it until the end with every effort. He is very empathetic and tireless and builds up very detailed analysis with his clients. I think the most important part is that he does this job from his heart and helps people who would otherwise lack such a great representation.

Tomasz Jerzy Piotrowski represented me in a discrimination lawsuit. Boy, was he ever the best. He fought for me like a tiger and was able to secure a SJ in my favor. Kudos for this young man for his courage and effort in a difficult case (Adam Wiercinski v Mangia57). You won't find a better representation in matters such as mine.

Tomasz Piotrowski represented me in a case involving sexual harassment by my previous employer. I am a young woman, so this situation was very stressful for me. Before I got Tomasz’s contact information, I called many other lawyers in New York. All of them wanted a lot of money—which I did not have—even only for an initial consultation. Tomasz was a mutual friend of myself and his girlfriend. I was introduced due to a voiced situation I had with a consultancy I worked for and was fired from without pay. Tomasz took me through every step of the legal process to explain what my options were, what I should expect moving forward should I choose to pursue a case against my ex employer, and only agreed to charge me should we win. I had an urgent issue regarding a contract with an overseas client. I needed an attorney to help me review the contract immediately. I needed it by the very next morning. I contacted a few lawyers but none of them could help me with the review of the contract overnight—unless I paid a huge amount of $$$ for the consultation—and could not guarantee it would get done in time. I was desperate and very stressed out. When I reached out to Tomasz, he went above and beyond to help me with the contract. Although there was a legal issue that was not a part of his legal expertise, he contacted and consulted with a colleague lawyer in order to find a way to help me. Finally, he stayed up until 4 a.m. to review and fix the contract, and by the time I woke up at 8 a.m., the revised copy was already waiting for me in my email inbox. I felt instantly relieved, with the tears in my eyes, as I did not think it was possible. Tomasz also called me to make sure that I understood his comments in the contract and provided me with an additional feedback. Tomasz is the most honest, efficient, and attentive lawyer. Most importantly, his kindness and humility to his clients differs him from the other lawyers that I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend Tomasz to anyone who needs legal services. Thomas Piotrowski represented me in a very difficult case against the Department of Labor.
