Working with Sharmine and her office was a great experience, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. In early 2012 I was in a car accident were I was hit from the rear by a truck, I became disable and incapacitated. After a long and painful rehabilitation I was told I needed surgery. In 2013 I was informed that there was a small chance that the operation would work out for me where I could return to full time gainful employment. Although the procedure was considered a success it change my life forever. I was never going to be able to resume my normal life again, this was very disheartening, I was still young and not ready to be disabled. Around mid-2014 my attorney handling the accident recommended Ms. Persaud for help with the disability application and process, he assured me that she was good in her field of expertise. Well that was an understatement, Ms. Persaud from day one of our first consultation was very thorough and reassuring, although I had my reservation about the disability process Ms. Persaud put my mind at easy so I can work on my recovery. Ms. Persaud was on point every step of the way, when I had questions she never failed or hesitated to return my calls. For 4 difficult years she was on top of every correspondence, even when I was denied she was very confident that we would be successful in court. In my opinion Ms. Persaud handle my case well above and beyond what was necessary, not only because she was successful on appeal but due to her taking what I believe was a personal touch that you don’t find in a lot of people and professions today.
