Perfect service at an all time high

Highly recommend James J. Quail & Associates for all real estate transaction. His professionalism and expertise allowed us to close on our home without all the hassle that we feared. The team took over the case and gave us peace of mind and confidence of efficient work throughout the process until closing and even beyond, ensuring every detail was taken care of, allowing us a great first time home buying experience.

I am not sure I will have enough room on this review on how to express my experience with Mr Quail but I will keep it as short as possible. I am still currently in an ongoing battle to save my house due to not being able to pay my mortgage for 2 years. My wife was declared disabled and for that reason (medical/health) her business (her dream) had to shut down, I tried to keep it afloat with my job but it became unsustainable and i couldn't afford the mortgage anymore that financed her business. Then Covid hit and it went from bad to worse. I finally got back on my feet with my job and that's when I found James. I normally don't write any reviews of any kind unless someone or something really touched my heart or upset me. I am a very anxious person by nature and i can easily get into a panic mode for small things. Said that, James is a kind, very soft/well spoken person that will literally hold your hand through one of the worst times of your life. I am a Ph.D. in Geology and I have met many Professionals in my life on different levels and James struck me not only as a passionate, knowledgeable attorney but also as a friend, as the person that you go to when something really bad happens. He was that person. Have you ever been in those situations? The negotiating with the banks, with all theirs convoluted talking can be stressful and upsetting, often leaving you unsettled, discouraged and James came into place as the knight in the shining armor that suddenly brings peace during the storm and finally you feel you do have a chance that eventually the end of the tunnel will arrive one day and I will be able to save my house. Due to everything that has been happening for the past two years many of you are in the same situation as me maybe slightly different but similar. Don't be afraid, don't be discouraged, don't feel defeated, don't go to sleep at night not knowing what will happen. Do yourself a favor and call James it would be the best thing you can do to bring serenity and peace to your life, to your family, being able to look at your wife and your children and telling them "we won't loose our home because We have Mr James Quail on our side now" and everything will be ok.
