I couldn't be happier that I chose to go with Michelle. She's honest from the start. She tells you what you need to hear, she doesn't blow smoke or make promises to get your business. She fights for what's fair, will put you in your place, but through it all is supportive. In negotiations she's an artist. Strong, firm, calculated, and sees the whole picture. She doesn't shy away from going to trial (some lawyers do) but she's not afraid to do what's necessary to get what you're entitled to. Lastly, she does NOT rack up the legal fees. Many times she would tell me "I'll do that if you want but it's not necessary and I'd just be charging you for something you don't need". You'll know you made the right choice if you go with Michelle.

How do I thank someone that is only looking out for my best interest. Many roller coaster rides during my case that is still ongoing. Michelle calls even after business hours to reassure me and tell me that I will be fine! So far she was able to do everything she said she would and I can’t thank her enough. I have complete trust in her and John and I know that she is trying to end this case and not drag it on like the opposing attorney is. Michelle is tough as nails but also supportive like no one else. Her work ethic is amazing. She fights for you and keeps you calm throughout the toughest times that come up in your life. She has grace, empathy, intelligence l, and the will you give the best representation that you will receive.

My husband hired Michelle's firm to handle a family court matter with his ex-wife and college expenses for my stepson. Michelle and John were able to, and continue to advocate and be the voice for my daughter and I. My situation with my daughter's father has been very complex and emotional, to say the least. I was able to gain full custody of my daughter and ensure that she is safe during supervised visitations with her father. I had Mrs. Dipaolo file the paperwork for my LLC. Her office was very efficient and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The process went smoothly. I just needed to submit all of my paperwork, and they took care of the rest. Because of my wonderful experience, I consulted her with another legal issue. She unfortunately could not handle it due to a conflict of interest. She gave good, honest feedback. She is my go to attorney, because I know she’s not out to make a quick buck. When you first meet Michele your first impressions will be beautiful, sweet, SMART, very friendly yet TOUGH !!! I knew from that moment I had made the perfect choice. I knew she would fight so hard for a great outcome. She knew exactly how to handle the opposing attorney, that's where knowledge and experience come in. Michelle is a lawyer you want on your team, she has a heart of gold for her clients but if your on the opposing side - watch out! I can't imagine going through my divorce without her.
