I had the privilege of working with Shana L. Curti during one of the most challenging periods of my life, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their guidance and support. She who took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process to me and helped me feel informed and empowered when I felt alone and hopeless with no clue of what to do. I always felt that my best interests were being prioritized and for that I am thankful.

Divorce can be one of the most stressful things you ever do in life. Shana made it easy and understandable. Whether mitigating unrealistic expectations from the other side, answering random questions or just being a sounding board about the frustrations with the process, Shana was always available and quick to come up with a solution. While I never hope to have to go through this process again, Shana is the one person I'm going to call if I have to.

Ms. Curti assisted me in a recent custody and child support matter. She clearly explained my options, rights, and responsibilities throughout the entire process. She was empathetic to my situation, listened to my concerns, and advised me appropriately. With her help, I was able to reach agreements with my ex-husband by the second court appearance (very speedy!). Her extensive experience with the family court system here on Long Island makes her quite knowledgeable about how the court will view particular situations. Shana recently took care of a divorce for me. What I thought would be a complicated matter turned out to be just the opposite. With all the Covid issues and restrictions going around I was contemplating a long drawn out process. From The start of the process to the divorce papers being finalized in the court and being recorded it took about 4 months without any complications Shana is a great listener she is very professional very friendly and gets the job done.
