I agree, if you can get another attorney DO SO!! He was court appointed for me. After my first court date I did not hear from him for more than a month after several messages until the day before my appearance at the court. I trusted that he knew what he was doing and he had little or nothing to say in my defense while the other party had an amazing defensive. Achhh! I so regret not listening to the advise of one of the reviewers..my own..GET ANOTHER attorney!

Mr sheeckutz has always been available for me 7 days a week. I have to say that in the past when I retained other lawyers I found it almost impossible to get a return phone. Sometimes waiting days for the call back. Mr Sheeckutz has been very successful in negotiating business matters as well as personal matters on my behalf. I feel very comfortable in recommending Mr Sheeckutz for practically any legal matter. I saw 2 reviews on this website that seem out of character. I personally know many people who retained Mr Sheeckutz for their legal matters and have been extremely satisfied with his representation.

Very hard working lawyer who cares very much. Works 24/7. My schedule very tough o meet him during the week, so he is always around sat./or sunday to meet with me. How many other attorney's would do that? He is an 18B appointed lawyer for me that treats me like i pay him a 1000 an hour.

Mr. Sheekutz was appointed to me by the court system. He is representing me in a CPS case. If you have an opportunity to be represented by someone else...take it!

Mr. Sheechutz DOES NOT UNDERSTAND "TRUST" and "COMPETENT LEGAL ADVISEMENT" IS VITAL IN LAWYER-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. He provided misleading and incompetent legal advise when I had to make critical decisions much less conscious decisions, assisted in undermining my constitutional and parental rights, allowed a domestic violence case to turn into a child abuse case when children were not abused physically or emotionally, failed to pursue legal remedies to correct the errors he admitted to and recuse himself from the case entirely, failed to take corrective action with oversight authorities of judicial and professional misconduct when the judge engaged in conversation with witness while on the witness standand, failed to file an injunction for relief to protect me from agency's egregious abuses of unwarranted state intrusion after experiencing a fire, failed to vigorously and zealously defend my constitutional and parental rights.
