I hated transacting with this firm. Jonathan was very unprofessional and they give the wrong information to clients and disguise fees

Diamond Law Group was referred to us by our Realtor when we sold our home almost year ago. We worked with Jonathan and Lisa and I’m very grateful for their services. From the beginning, Jonathan and his team maintained an open communication. They kept us updated on the progress of our closing and they were extremely conscientious in responding to all of our questions or requests. It's not a spambot and thankfully I left before being a client with you guys. Edit: Had the most terrible experience with this firm! I had contacted them regarding a closing and I was provided in writing that a retainer is 100% refundable if the contract doesn't go through and I have never seen nor signed a contract prepared by this firm, gave them enough notice that I will be canceling the transaction and they choose to only refund 50% of what I paid. They have provided me in writing that this is 100% refundable and despite reaching out to them to have it resolved, they choose what they felt is right to refund me only a part of the sum. This is beyond deceptive and unethical! When I sent back their responses that they indeed gave me in writing they couldn't provide a reasonable explanation. It's a shame really! Why quote a price to the consumer and then change your mind after? Is that even legal???
